Shipping policy

  • Products will be shipped within 72 Hours of receiving the order.

  • Delivery time for the products will be based on the location of the delivery
    - Mumbai : 1-2 Days
    - Other Metro Cities : 3-5 Days
    - All Other Locations : 7-10 Days
    (From the date of shipping)

  • In cases where delays can occur in delivery such as an issue on our side, we will communicate the information, and in cases delays due to other circumstances not in Nimikai's control, such as courier delays we will request you to be patient. None the less we would do everything possible to help your orders reach you.

  • Any requests regards to shipping can be communicated on the checkout page.

Shipping Charges

Domestic

All orders of value of Rs.999/- and above will be shipped for free. Orders of Rs.998/- and below will attract a shipping charge of flat Rs.69/-

International

We do not support international orders as of now. If and when we do it will be communicated through our social media channels.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available. If Required, please contact us on our WhatsApp number or directly message us on our Instagram Page.


Order Cancellations

  • If due to any reason any order needs to be cancelled we need to be informed about it within 24 Hours of placing the order. Post that we will not entertain any requests of order cancellations and refunds. 

  • Please carefully review all our products before placing an order. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions for our products which help our customers.

Refunds & Replacements

  •  We do not have any return or exchange policy.

  •  All Orders will be packed in the most efficient ways for transit.

  •  Any damaged or incorrect items will only be replaced upon submission of an unboxing video of the package from start to end. The video has to be continuous. If there is any break or transition in the video the return request will not be entertained.

  • All Blind Box Sales are Final and are not eligible for a replacement. Only in case of damages, the store will accept the return/exchange request.
  • For return requests due to damage or incorrect product please email us on nimikai.store@gmail.com with photos as well as the unboxing video. 
  • If your Return request if accepted kindly return the product within 3 days after delivery.
  • Shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.

  • Replacements or Refunds will be processed once we receive the product and when the quality check of the returned product is done. Once the quality check is complete, we will notify you of the same.

  • In cases of Refunds, once the refund is approved it will take 7 business days to credit to your bank account.

  • In cases of Replacements, the product will be shipped within 5-7 Business Days from the date of accepted replacement request.

  • Any request for returns in the above conditions need to be notified to us within 12 hours of the shipment being delivered to you.
